获取鼠标悬停的表格列索引。
悬停列索引；columns_count 表示右侧未使用空间，-1 表示未悬停表格。
返回悬停的列。
未悬停于表格时返回 -1；悬停于可见列右侧的未使用空间时返回 columns_count。
也可使用 (TableGetColumnFlags() & ImGuiTableColumnFlags.IsHovered)。
