Pointer address used only as an ID seed, not dereferenced.

Remarks
The pointer value supplies an identity independently of the displayed label.
TreeNodePtr() opens a tree scope only when the node is open;
TreePushPtr() explicitly pushes the scope. Close each scope that was opened
with TreePop().
