Set up a legacy column layout, or end it by switching back to one column.

Parameters
count
number = 1
Number of columns or drawing channels to split into.

id
null | string | Uint8Array = null
String identifier hashed with the current ID stack to distinguish this item or scope.

borders
boolean = true
Whether legacy columns draw vertical separator borders.
