Display a menu item and report whether it was activated.

Parameters
label
string | Uint8Array
Widget label; interactive widgets also use it for ID generation. A ## suffix can distinguish IDs without displaying the suffix.

shortcut
null | string | Uint8Array = null
Shortcut label displayed in the menu; this text does not register a key binding.

selected
boolean = false
Whether the item is currently selected; this by-value state is not written back.

enabled
boolean = true
Whether the item or pushed option is enabled.

Returns
boolean
True when the item is activated this frame; this is an activation event, not a persistent selected state.

Remarks
return true when activated.
