Open and begin a context popup for the preceding item.

Parameters
str_id
null | string | Uint8Array = null
Popup ID hashed in the current ID stack; null uses the last item ID for item popups, or the built-in context ID for window/void popups.

popup_flags
number = 1
ImGuiPopupFlags options controlling this operation; combine compatible flag bits with |.

Returns
boolean
True when this scope is open/active and its contents may be submitted. Call EndPopup() only when true; on false, skip both contents and the matching end.

Remarks
open+begin popup when clicked on last item.

Use str_id==null to associate the popup to previous item.

If you want to use that on a non-interactive item such as Text() you need to pass in an explicit ID here.
