Change user accessible enabled/disabled state of a column.
Parameters
column_n
number
Zero-based column index; -1 means the current column only
in APIs that support that default.
v
boolean
Whether the specified column should be enabled for display.

Remarks
Set to false to hide the column.
User can use the context menu to change this themselves (right-click in
headers, or right-click in columns body with
ImGuiTableFlags.ContextMenuInBody)
