ImGui.DebugCheckVersionAndDataLayout

  • Check the compiled version and data-structure layout.

    Parameters

    version_str
    string | Uint8Array

    Expected Dear ImGui version string, checked against the linked native library.

    sz_io
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImGuiIO) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    sz_style
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImGuiStyle) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    sz_vec2
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImVec2) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    sz_vec4
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImVec4) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    sz_drawvert
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImDrawVert) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    sz_drawidx
    number

    Expected native sizeof(ImDrawIdx) in bytes, not a JS object size.

    Returns

    boolean

    True when the version and native structure sizes agree; mismatches also trigger native assertions in assertion-enabled builds.

    Native code calls this check through the IMGUI_CHECKVERSION macro, which is not available in JS. JS callers use DebugCheckVersionAndDataLayout() with the expected native version and structure sizes.
